| For some reason today, when i start my Air conditioner, my car starts vibrating noticeably and It's Only when i turn the AC on.
Does anyone know what's wrong with it? or do you think i should just take it to a car mechanic?

| turning on the a/c will create a drag on the motor, depending on the year of the vehicle, some some motors have an iac ( idle air control ) which should bring the idle back up, but it also sounds like you may have weak motor mount as well, if the engine does not stall on you when this happens you could probably live with it.
