Post subject: Car wont turn over but has power.

I think my car was tampered with, Im going through a divorce and I think he did something to my car. It has power and lights but when I try to start the car it makes no noise no clicking noise either. What could he have done to my car? Oh sorry its a 1999 Nissan Altima 4 door.

Thanks
