Car off turn headlights on and radio turns on?

have 2003 Oddessy with keys out of ignition if I turn the headlights on the radio goes on also front sidemarker lights are always on anyone ever encounter such a problem or have a solution. No electrical work has ever been done to vehicle.

Have you had the battery go dead, then boost it to start, lately?
