Buying PT Cruiser with stick and side airbags

Looking for a rare combination: A 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser with side air
bags and a stick. Would like to avoid turbos, every other feature not
important.

How do I go about finding the best price on a new vehicle with just that
feature set?

You will most likely have to special order a 2005 model from the factory.
