Has anyone changed out their 12 rubber bushings that go in between the
frame and the body on Ford's RWD Panther series?

I have yet to find any info on doing this with the exception of a tsb
that recommends shimming that space to specs when the rubber wears
down.

It looks like it should be serviceable by replacement.
