Post subject: 99 neon spiting and sputtering

my wifes 99 neon is acting funny spitting and sputtering, i thought it was water in the fuel and the lines were freezing up, have been using gasline anti freeze, no fix..... changed the plugs and wires, still no fix.... anyone know where i should look from here? you can e-mail me direct at jccroft RemoveThis @eastlink.ca if you have any help for me.
