I have 99 Tiburon that is acting a little strange. When I press the brakes,
my radio dims and my parking lights come on. Any suggestions?

Check your tail lamps for the proper bulbs and proper bulb installation.
It sounds like you have no ground to your tail bulbs.

Yep.You have adual element light bulb that is shorted to the parking light circuit. Solution replace your brake light bulbs this should take care of the problem. What ever you do don't go wild and tear up the system wiring it is a defective bulb.
