99 Tiburon Reverse Lights

i noticed that when i throw my shifter into reverse, none of my back up
lights turn on. i inspected all 4 lights and the filaments look fine.

does anyone know what may be the cause of this problem? and what possible
solutions to this problems are (without spending hundreds of dollars).
