99 Honda Accord Issue

Post subject: 99 Honda Accord Issue

99 HOnda accord

Shut off occasionally, but start immediately after.
Sometimes when I try to start it, it starts for 1 second, then
off.......same thing again, then 3rd time cars stays going.

It has a remote starter as well.

what are the possible causes

There was a recall on the 98 Accord, bad ignition switch, the switch
didn't have enough current capacity, and the contacts were burning up.
Don,t know if it was affecting the 1990.>

just made a phone call.....there was recall on 98's, but not my 99......but
I'm willing to wager that is exactly what is wrong.

I applies to at least some of the 99's as the work was performed on mine.

Question on HONDA ACCORD - Here's my question and I need to know for 100 percent certainty the answer. Will a automatic tranny from a 93 Accord EXR fit a 94 Accord EXR? As you know, they both have different body styles. As well the 94 is a Vtec and the 93 is not, but both are....
