Post subject: 99 Grand Am headlight problems

I have a 99 grand am se, and my headlights are dull and the caseing is
cracked, and you can hardley see through them. I have tried to adjust
them, but no matter what I do, I just cant see where I am going. So I
went out and bought new bulbs, and that is not the problem. Any
suggestions?
