How hard is it to change the dash lights on this car? I have only 1 light left working so I'd like to fix this soon.

Your question leads me to think you are much better off letting your wallet be the jack and all the other things needed to rotate tires. The jack that came with the car is perfectly capable of being used to change a flat tire - nothing more. That is all it was ever intended to be. You should not..
« lmfao what a lode of crap everybody should have a floor jack crappy tire sells them for about 60 bucks that will lift ya buy them in packages with 2 ramps too ya foctard hurc ast »
« Yup - cheap chinese crap - and if the OP doesn't know where to put the jack, he's very likely a danger to himself and the car. Quite possibly MUCH better off paying someone to do the job for him rat.. »

I recently posted here about my 99 Grand Marquis pulsating brake problem. Now I'm getting ticking noises (not while I'm applying the brakes). Any idea what this may be? Had the front end "rebuilt" about 6 months ago including new shocks and ball joints.
« check your caliper you FOCKTARD lmfao hurc ast »
« I know what a caliper is but what is a focktard? Is this a word in the English dictionary? Can someone please tell me what is a focktard? »

« several ticks per revolution no rocks or nails no spoked hub caps no cotter pins. Just happens when driving. Could this be bad wheel bearings? Some of the threads here indicate that wheel bearings g.. »

the Coil on cylinder #2 died on me last week. Replaced it (along with the plug), (well, got it replaced since I don't have the OBD2 reader to reset the codes afterwards). is it normal for those things to die after 52,000 miles? SInce I've got 8 of these, I'm worried it could get expensive pret..
« sometimes they just go. my crown vic had a coil die with 32,000 miles on it. the 97 grand marquis has 145,000 miles on it, and all 8m original coils. »
« The coils themselves do fail occasionally, but the most common failure is the spark plug boot. The boot is a servicable part and should be changed at ~80K miles or so just like spark p;ug wires. »
« yes, its ok to just disconnect the battery for a few minutes to clear the code. »
« ??? I still have the blown part, and it doesn't seem to be serviceable. Do you mean I can take the rubber part and its connector (the big spring) from the coil and just replace those? »
