Post subject: 99 Buik Park Ave - front motor mount/bracket removal

I'm replacing the motor in my car and the front motor mount is causing me some greaf. Is there a way to remove the front motor mount and motor mount bracket and is there a replacement bracket out there thats not so dang difficult? Cause I'm guessing going back in may actually be more difficult. Eather this bracket is so clever in it's simplicty that the solution eludes me or this has got to be the single most idiotic mount know to man.
