Fuses ok. Changed switch once, and blew on high only for about 6 months.
The air is cold, and the heater is hot, you can feel it at the vents, it
just won't blow. Makes a solenoid click kind of sound at the blower motor
when I cycle the switch back and forth. Help!

You may have two problems. One is the resistor strip in duct that
gives you all speeds except high and/or the blower motor itself.

GM also had a problem of the blower motor connector melting.
This particular connector is behine the glove box wraped in foam.(at least
on the 95, but why would they have changed it)

Cheers
