98 Sebring LXI - no dash, parking, tail lights

I've checked all the fuses in the engine compartment. It started last
week, turning on the headlights, the dash lights and tail lights
wouldn't come on for 3-5 second, after wiggling the light switch.
Now they don't come on at all. I also noticed that my parking lights
are out too, and when turning the lights on, normally the radio lights
would dim. They don't dim anymore. Is it a bad light switch (on the
steering column)? Or do I have an electrical problem from hell? My
headlights and brake lights ARE still working. Thanks for your help.
