Are the boots expensive? I can't see why the coil itself would fail.
If i can get new boots, I will eplace them all.

my 98 crown vic did that replaced 4 coils then found out had a broken wire to the coils was broke inside 1 plug on coil 2 caused coils to blow 1 at a time

Grand Marquis - I have a 1993 Grand Marquis and the wipers stopped working. We have replaced the motor, the linkage is good, the fuse and circuit breakers are all fine, any other suggestions? Thanks
