Have a 97 Dodge Caravan. Changed the battery and now the little lights on the switches for the rear window wiper and other accessaries are flashing. The light on the switch for the rear window deicer is not lit but the deicer is working because you can hear it cause a draw on the alternator when you turn the switch on. Please, any ideas?
