Post subject: 97 neon wont start
my neon died on me. i tried turning the key and everything works (lights, radio) but no turnover. i changed the starter and tried again, but it still wont start. anybody know what's wrong?

i had that same problem and i had bought a faulty starter so i took it back out and replaced it again... no fun but it worked... now i just have to figure out how to align door hinges i bought new ones and cant align them Sad.. everything on my 97 is new .. trany, brakes, drums, rotors, head gasket, cam seal, struts mounts I MUST BE CRAZY!

check the relay under the hood 9black box with fuses and (relays are black/gray six to eight of them in a row they should be all the same. look under top for which one it is . disconnect neg battery cable first .
