97 Honda Passport

I have a 97 Honda Passport that has a check trans light and check engine
light on . I purchased a OBD2 scanner and came up w/ 2 codes. 1st was
P0125 *closed loop fuel control insufficient coolant temp. 2nd
Manufactured control. Transission. I have the Haynes do it yourself
manuel but it does not tell me anything about it. I have after market
wheels on it too, so the computer may have to be reprogrammed to
compensate for them. can someone please help its been a n ongoing
problem for 3 years now. I have spent about $4,000 to resolve this
problem please help
