Post subject: 97 Intrepid engine just stops

I have a 97 Intrepid Sport 3.5L when driving it just stop running , when this happens the cruise control light comes on, the car will restart right away, this only happens now and then, But always at the worse time. The engine service light does not come on and there are no codes showing when tested. Also the oil light comes on when at at low R.P.M.around 750 the oil is clean and full and the oil pressure is proper,we even changed the sending unit.
I really enjoy driving this car but would rather have it safe
