'97 ES300 Front Suspension noise on washboard roads----HEL..

My '97 ES300 has developed a front suspension
noise when driving on washboard like roads.
The noise seems to be coming from the area
of the mcpherson strut shocks.

My question is:

Has anyone had this problem?
Is there a TSB on this problem so
the dealer would know how to fix it?

There is just such a TSB for the Camry which means your ES likely has
the same TSB.
