HONDA ACCORD 97 Disconnect alarm

Have 97 accord ex with alarm that will not turn off/ reset when i turn
the key in the passenger door, how can i disconnect alarm. car will
not let me open door without setting off alarm. tried disconnecting
battery still will not reset. key ring buttons are no longer
operational.

Reprogram the keyring fobs so they will shut off the alarm. The door
locks only allow you to open the doors. The alarm has to be shut off
using the fobs.
