Vehicle: 1996 4Runner, SR5 V6, 5 speed manual

Problem: Signal and dash lights flash and chime sounds after turning off
ignition and removing key.

Hi some things to check. Ensure that the hazard switch isn't sticking on,
(operate harshly to unstick works sometimes) An alarm fault. A bad earthing
point.

Thanks for replying. The hazard switch is fine - the lights only flash
after the engine is off and the key has been removed... However, the
aftermarket alarm system, that's had its power disconnected for some
time, may be the culprit - my weekend project to clean it up...

1994 toyota 4X4 4runner disappearing oil - Everytime i check my oil it is down at least 2 quarts. Sometimes it isn't even off the dip stick. I park it in the garage, and there isn't any leaks, and it doesn't smoke at all. Where is the oil going? Can it be using this much.
