Post subject: 95 dodge intrepid

I have been having problems when I start the car my gauges don't work or sometimes after about 30 seconds then they will come on. Also one time I was driving and turned on the cruise and the car went into low gear by itself at 55mph and then my gear gauge bounced from D to 3 to L. After turning the car off and re-starting it everything was fine.
