'95 Tracer/Escort lighter fuse box

Rob-- I think the engineers who included that extra fuse box for just
the lighter on the Escort/Tracer were playing games. The lighter fuse
easily could and should have been located in the easily accessible box.

Of the fuses in the under-dash box that you can easily see and
change... they all go in _horizontally_ (as displayed on the cover).

But the lighter fuse box which you _can't_ see from the driver's seat
(unless you're under 4 ft. tall and/or 60 lbs.) is mounted _vertically_.
The whole front cover is only about 1/2" wide x 1" high x 1/8" deep.
It's attached to the top of the box by a little plastic strap.

You already know where the separate box is. While sitting in the
driver's seat: Reach under and put your right thumb on the top-front of
it. While squeezing it slightly (top to bottom), pull out on the
bottom-front lip with your middle finger. It should pop out and up on
the strap, and you can remove/replace the vertical fuse by feel.
Beats flopping on your back and trying to cram your head, hands, and a
flashlight into such a small space.

Still gets 31 hiway, 23 city. Ready to go another 100k. All
electrics still work perfectly ................. but it has continued to
burn out a 20 amp lighter fuse every few months or so since it was new.
I'll settle for that.)
