Just wondering again, regarding about my exhaust manifold...is it tough to
change it myself or have an mechanic install it? Is there anything I
should be aware of when I'm changing this, anybody have any experience of
mishaps?

It is a good idea to have some rust penetrant like Kroil on hand to use
prior to attempting to loosen fasteners.
Plus you should replace the gasket and nuts that connect to the
downpipe.
