Post subject: 94 grand prix transmission problems

i have a 94 grand prix and have a tranmission problem. it slips out of gear and you can't put it back into gear untill you shut the engine off and restart it then it will stay in gear for a little then jumps back out of gear and its whatever gear you put it in that it does this. i checked the fluid and the level is fine
