94 LS AC Does not blow cold when Idling

well i too have the common fan motor switch problem but I'm gong to fix soon my other problem is whatever relay tells the motor to increase idle speed with AC on is not working so the car idles too low and does not blow cold ( only blows cold when accelerating) dont know where the relay is or not even sure if its vacuum activated. Hayes manual says i have to buy the AC manual doesn't even refer to this relay/vacuum system. HELP!!!! Its a 94 Acura Integra LS
