94 Jimmy 4x4 4.3v CPI sputtering

I have noticed my fuel pump has gotten loud in the past month or so and didnt think anything of it. Now, just recently, the truck sputter where the engine seems like it is getting a little water in it or it doesnt fire all cylinders.
The thing is is that I can drive to work which is 15 miles or so and nothing will happen but it will start only some days after work on my home. It only does it when i drive a couple miles and after work. Plus it only happens if i gas on it a little bit more than just to get it rolling.


I have checked the fuel line pressure at the rail and its at 50psi and 60psi when gassed. The fuel pump is a couple months new and is that fuel tank.
