2001 Honda Prelude automatic fails to start - Whenever I turn the key all the dash lights come on as normal. Honda replaced battery already in an attempt to fix this problem. Car has 40K miles. It does not turn the engine over at all; not even click. If I wiggle the gear shifter several times....
