Have a look at this page, from an excellent source (browse the whole site while you are there) http://townsendimports.com/Web/cooling_system_folder/coolingsys.htm#coolingfan I changed both my thermostat and radiator fan thermostat on my C900 for the reason you write about, and haven't seen the temperature go above mid range since!
