Can someone help, my 91 accord brake lamp light's up. What do i need to

There's three things it can be. 1 Brake fluid is low in the reservoir
under hood, 2 park brake is not all the way OFF, 3 brake circuit has a
terrible failure.

Usually number 1. Owner's manuals can be gotten at the wrecking yards,
or your dealer can sometimes get them for the older hondas. eBay has
them too.

Actually the only thing the brake lamp light is supposed to mean is a bulb
(lamp) is out in the back. The brake light (not brake lamp light) will come
on if the parking brake is on or if the fluid is low.
