Post subject: 90 dodge auto tranny stays in 2nd

1990 Dodge Spirit with auto tranny, when selected any forward gear position (linkage is working fine), it stays in 2nd. no 1st to 2nd shift, 2nd to drive, and so on. Any suggestions? original car with 124k miles.

95 dodge neon auto trans torque converter clutch solenoid - I get a code 37 it says open or shorted circuit in torque converter solenoid control circuit. Where its it at and how would I check it out to see if its bad or not.

Idle stays up in the RPMs - I have a 1996 Intrepid with a 3.5 liter motor. After the motor warms up the idle is very high. Is there a coolant switch that might be bad? Someone told me there might be one that kicks off the fast idle.

HELP !!! 1999 caravan with OD tranny - It is fubar,,,need a new one, and I was told it is 1999 ONLY !.. I have a 1998 ...it looks the same.. My van was made 06/1999 so I was hoping someone would know the interchange on it.. Thanx for any help people can give me :)

1998 4 spd tranny in my 1999 caravan - suppose to interchange,, maybe computer reprogram, but that was all they said. WELL I just got it in, all the plugs looked the same...well 1 isn't.. it has the same amout of pins (9), in the same cluster ..but the plugs head takes flat type pins, and...
