Last week I had the balance shaft seal replaced on my 90 Honda Accord 4 cyl. 2 days later the electrical system went nuts. Oil light, wipers, parking lights and some buzzers go on and off at random. Take a photo & show us. Mine never leaked, but rain water enters mine's boot ( luggage area ). Never heard of. Not in wiring diagram either. An electrician would suspect short circuits.

90 honda accord driving to work this morning and for 3 or 4 seconds the tach jumped up and down erratically. Never happened before. Only happened once. Engine ran fine while tach was jumping. No other sysmptoms. Speedometer seemed fine. G

I have a 90 honda accord that I beleive is consuming oil more than the ordinary ... There is no oil on the tail pipe and I dont see any oil residue when I park ... Could this be valve seal problem? If yes can the seals be change without lifting the cylinder head?
