Just to let you all know got the honda running good now with all in past blogs. Turned out the valves were out of adjustment and one of the vacume hoses were not hooked up off the intake manifold. All there is left now is a oil leak to fix which may be in the timing cover. That means taking it back off and replacing the O ring on the oil pump or the crank seal. But before doing that for sure will spray the underside down with GUNK and watch for the leak. If coming from that area then will break it down and replace both items and reinstall parts. If this is it will let you all know so to do so in this kind of rebuild. Very Happy
