i got the car jacked up, tire off.. but the filter is behind this hard plastic panel that i cannot remove. its an 87 CRX HF. also, the service manual says taht i need to relive fuel pressure by turning the service nut 1/2 rotation. how is this accomplished with that hard plastic panel in the way? ..

i got a 87 CRX HF, but in the owners manual, it lists 3 different models: high altitude, low altitude, and california. i ran the VIN through carfax, and it showed it was made in japan. is there a site where i can plug in the VIN (the car is in the shop awaiting a new gas tank) and find out exactly..
