Car Title Question..? - Ok heres the deal.. I bought a car from an old guy here in SC.. well he still had the title from when his sister signed it over to him.. He never got the title in his name... I have the title and a bill of sale from him.. is that all im going to need to.

I closed the driver side door then tried to open it and it seemed
locked.Pulled lever,used key,still acts locked.Looked inside door and all
components appear to funtion but still won't open.Problem must be internal
but can't remove mechanism unless door is open.Help!
