Hi i have peugeot 607 2.2 HDI. I have just got the timing belt changed. After I got my car from the garage, I took it for test run. When I hit 70mph a warning light came on saying " Engine Antipollution Sytem Defective". And I cannot go above 70mph now

. The revs won't change even if I floor the pedal. The car runs very smooth from 0 to 70.
I just wanted to know that whether its because of the Antipollution System or the timing belt. Thanks
