Peugeot 407 Rear View Mirror

I hope someone can help me. Yesterday I managed to swipe the rear view mirror in my 2004 407SW, causing it to become detached from the windscreen. I didn't break any of the wiring just knocked the thing off. It appears to be held on by a metal clip that fits over a nut attached to the windscreen, but I can not work out how to reattach it. Can anyone please help.

Well to answer my own question (in case anyone else is as silly as me). It is actually very simple to reattach the mirror. You turn the mirror so the clip lines up with the long edges of the nut ans twist the mirror until the clip grips the nut.

Simple really (but it cheered me up seeing a Peugeot technician take 15mins to suss it out).
