Post subject: 2004 sonata tranny jumps
when i dont accelerate hard (NORMAL ACCELERATION) my auto transmission right at 35 mph will hesitate a little and jump into the next gear then right back out. this takes a total amount of time less then 1 second to do. been doin now for about 12000 miles and hasnt gotten worse? help?

I don't see any reprograms for this issue. You should probably take this
to the dealer to be checked. It's possible you'll need a new transmission
to correct this.

2004 sonata 4 cyl shudders when idling - whenever im stopped at a stoplight for about 20-25 seconds, the engine will very quickly shudder then return to normal. it almost feels like it going to die but it catches itself and returns to normal. anybody have an idea? maybe fuel filter?....has 5300...

2004 Air Condtioner problem - Have a 2004 Sonata (Made late 2003), which has worked great. Recently the air conditioner will sometimes start blowing hot air and can feel in the acceleration a on and off power draw. Turning the air off for a while and turning it on sometimes solves..
