Post subject: my 2003 ford windstar keeps cutting off when it's cold

I have a 2003 ford windstar that keeps cutting off when you first start it and for about the first 5 minutes of driving it. After that it runs fine. It also has a squeeking noise. My husband changed the belt and the pulleys. Also, he changed the power steering pump. Does anyone know what it could possibly be.
