2003 Jaguar X-Type Trans Question

Is the trans fluid serviceable on a 2003 X-Type 2.5? If so; where do
you check the levels? If not, how do you know if you have a leak?
Is there an indicator lamp?

The vehicle seems to struggle a little when shifting at around 45-50
mph. Anyone have a similar condition?

there is no dipstick to check the level of the trans fluid..in jaguar trans fluid unit is a sealed unit..still there is allen head screw on the right side about three inches above the drain plug. Remove it and see if fluid comes out if not add until it runs out and put allen screw back in. In order to add fluid there is a rubber plug or allen screw on top of tranny behind battery box. You will need a long funnel to do that.
