2003 Chrysler Sebring LX Sedan
2.7 V6 Flex

I have had a problem with my vehicle for a while now. When I turn the key to start it, nothing happens. I replaced the starter relay and still no success. I came up with a quick fix and when I have to start the car, I pull the starter relay and jump the top two and it starts fine. After starting it, the idle is out of wack. It revs up, bogs down and back again until the car warms up. Can someone please help me out so I fix my car without spending a couple thousand trying to get it fixed in a shop.

Thank you
