Post subject: 2002 camry cards in the spoke of a bike tire sound

when accelerating for a breif period it make a grumbling like a card in a spoke. the belt also make a light squeal I use 10w 30 oil and change it every 2500- 3000 miles. When it makes the sound I can feel it in the gas pedel. if anyone knows what this could be let me know. If it is a cheap fix I would do it myself thanks.
