2002 Pontiac Grand

my 2002 grand ams abs,trac off,and check engine lights come on when the gas level gets to quarter tank why is that?

Car: 2002 Pontiac Grand-AM Problem: up to 2 days ago, all hvac blower speeds worked OK. Now, only speeds 4 and 5 work. Question: Can this be repaired cheaply by installing replacement part myself? Or does the whole unit need replacement? Either way, I should be able to do the work myself. Thanks.

My car ran pretty well with some problems here and there but about a week ago i got it my car it started fine backed it out and drove it down the street i looked at my spedometer and it was goin crazy first to 40 then 20 then 0 back to 40 when i tried to give it some gas the rpms went really high ..
