Any secrets to changing the serpentine belts on a 2002 Dodge Intrepid, 2.7L,
75k miles. They look like that could use a change since I've never done it
and I'm pretty sure they are the original ones.

Inside belt looks simple enough with the auto-tensioner. The outside one
looks like it needs to be tightened with a socket but to what tension do I
tighten it too?

1997 Dodge Intrepid -Timing Belt Snapped - First time I had engine repairs done since purchased 3 years ago. Second owner. Repairs consist of checking engine for any internal damage. R & R Timing Belt,Water Pump & Seals.This cost me $800.00. Was I overcharged?

Help 1997 Intrepid - my 1997 intrepid seems to be locked in 2nd gear. it will not shift at 35 mph.... the engine just revs. wife says that the engine light came on then went off.... came back on again. is this a trans axle problem,tranny,torque converter or diagnostic..
