How important is it to have the CM software/firmware updated? I just bought a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport with the 3.3 liter engine. Anyone know how to remove the drivers door pannel? My window regulator is not working and I am trying to replace it.
« I would think that if you don,t know how to remove the door panel then you are way over your head in trying to replace the window regulator.............just my opinion »

« you don't need that special tool i use a chisel to pop the rivets and then use arivet gun to reinstall but you might try the switch on the door for the window first the are known to go bad before y.. »

We recently bought a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan. It was manufactured for (and originally sold in) Canada, and then imported into the US. It came with 2 remotes, but only one was working. I followed the procedure in the owners manual to program the 2nd remote, and it began working, but now the origin..

2002 Dodge Grand Caravan cruise control quit. Thought it might be fairly simple if mechanical but it sounds like it is all invisible stuff and computerized. Any suggestions to check before going to the dealer? D.
