Hello, I changed out the resistor block in my 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan about 7-months ago due to a bad resistor block (front fan only working on high). Now again the fan is only working on high. I took out the resistor block and this one appears to be ok. I can't say I see any damage to the re..
« Just for fun, I took the blower resistor apart on my wife's 1999 Dodge Ram Van as I had to replace it for the fourth time (it was 0 degree's outside and I had a cold). I used a multimeter on it a.. »
« you might price it at the dealer. I'm finding that many oem parts are cheaper than aftermarket. KS »
« My 2002 Dodge Gr. caravan has the same problem (started yesterday) Fan only works on high. Where is the Resistor Block on the 2002 van. I looked under the hood on the back wall but didn't see it?? »

How important is it to have the CM software/firmware updated? I just bought a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport with the 3.3 liter engine. I looked at a few others before buying this one, and I paid a dealer to inspect the candidates. On one model (a 2003 GC Sport with 3.8 ) the dealer said the engin..

« no check engine lite? and it runs good then they are just trying to relieve you of your money and some aftermarket shops can do the reprogramming »

Anyone know how to remove the drivers door pannel? My window regulator is not working and I am trying to replace it.
« I would think that if you don,t know how to remove the door panel then you are way over your head in trying to replace the window regulator.............just my opinion »
« If you did get the panel off, do you have the special rivets and the rivet drill to pull it out, and replace it? Even my dealer can't do the job. I can. But, the tools cost more than you'd pay fo.. »
« you don't need that special tool i use a chisel to pop the rivets and then use arivet gun to reinstall but you might try the switch on the door for the window first the are known to go bad before y.. »

We recently bought a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan. It was manufactured for (and originally sold in) Canada, and then imported into the US. It came with 2 remotes, but only one was working. I followed the procedure in the owners manual to program the 2nd remote, and it began working, but now the origin..
« When you program one remote you have to program all of the others with it. Each time you program one you wipe out the others unless they are done too. Just try it again. Glenn Beasley Chrysler Tech »
« Thanks. I'll try it again. One more question: the manual says I can only do this 4 times. Since we bought it used, I have no idea how many times I have left. Is there a way to reset it? (We're actua.. »
