2001 dodge stratus- wiper problem

wiper blades sometimes "stick" on the downstroke. I'll turn them on and
they'll wipe across the front window, then sometimes they start back the
other way and sort of stick there and then very slowly go all the way back
to where they started from. They don't do this all the time but it has
happened twice in the past couple of days. Anyone else have similar
problem with theirs? Any Ideas?
