Two Previous Owners and have about 55,000 miles.. buying it from
a used car broker. Is this a good deal? This is out the door price
and no accidents had been reported so far according to Carfax. Thanks
for any advice you may provide

Frank, you are not a very confident person if you need to seek car group approval for your purchase. At least you provided the year on this post.
The price and mileage look good off hand. Again, you can verify this with KBB, Edmunds, Cars.Com, etc. as well as the classified in your area.

Actually, the mileage seems low. The vehicle has two prior owners. Why is everybody dumping that car? Was it a rental? It's mostly my personal stereotype that cars with multiple drivers often develop problems. Carfax is not going to save you from a lemon.

You have the car in front of you. Take your prospective cars to be inspected or bring somebody with you who knows what to look for. Cars are like people. Once they get a few years on them, the differences begin to show.

PS. I understand how vexing it is to be looking at all the cars and prices and trying to decide. It is smart to concentrate on one model as you are doing. Don't be in a big hurry if you don't need to be. Another good deal is just around the corner.
