2001 Sentra GXE

Today I found that the controls for this would only work on 4.. 1, 2, 3 and do not operate. Has anyone had this type of thing happen before? I'm getting it looked at on Monday but I'm trying to understand why top speed works while the other 3 do not. Any and all ideas appreciated. Thanks C.H.

I have a 2001 Sentra GXE.. I have suspected the trunk leaked (or water seeped in) from time to time but I was proven right last night after a car wash. Is this a simple fix in the line of putting new sealing around the trunk? Has anyone ever had this happen? Thanks C.H.
« Yes, on a 93 Sentra. The water appeared to be coming from the top joint between the wheel well and the fender on the drivers side. There is some painted sealing gunk up there, but apparently not e.. »

Can SOMEONE please tell me where I can download a diagram of the fuse box for my 2001 Sentra GXE. Neither one of my cig lighters have power to them, and I'm assuming the pannel next to my automatic gear shift is suppose to have the current gear lit up, it isnt. And I'm not sure if this is a fuse p..

Hi I've done a bit of research but value the opinions offered here. I have been getting Error code P0455 and P1441 off and on for about 6 months now on my Sentra GXE. Any ideas on exactly where to go with the fix. I was thinking of replacing something as simple as the gas cap but somehow I don..

Does anyone know if it's needed to replace Spark Plug Wire Set for 2001 Sentra GXE 1.8L, as a part of a maintenance routine. It does not have a distributor, as someone explained earlier it has ignition coil. Can anyone suggests how to do it ? Any recommendations ?
