Post subject: 2001 Malibu, Problem
Have a 2001 mailibu, after driving stop & go or after driving straight to pt. b and back to pt. a, my car for some reason likes to send all the anti-freeze out of the overflow tank to the point to where the low coolant light comes on. Any idea? only have 85k miles. Someone said a blown head gasket. I hope not.....heard it is almost 900 for that repair.

Has anyone else had this problem? I think I fixed by replacing the over flow / radiator cap . Old one had a bad o-ring. o-ring was twice the size of the new one and broken.
